Individual Learning Accounts Scotland

ILA Scotland is at the heart of the Scottish Executives Lifelong Learning strategy. It is a high profile initiative which you may have seen advertised through the TV and press.

So what does it mean for me?

The aim of the ILA is to target funding to those earning £18,000 or less who are normally resident in Scotland and wish to take up a course of learning that is approved for the scheme.

If you qualify as above you may be eligible to receive funding up to £200 per annum however you must make a minimum payment of £10 + VAT for each learning episode.

Many of our courses appear on the ILA Scotland database and would qualify to receive such funding.
